Prab brings more than 30 years of operational business experience having invested and managed successful startups, he has been a valuable asset to his portfolio companies and served as an Operating Partner to position them for scale globally.
Prab co-founded Naya Ventures, an early-stage Venture Capital firm in the Mobile, Cloud and AI/Disruptive Technology space. He was formerly CEO of Motivity Labs, which he successfully help scale before merging it with a publicly traded Technology Services firm. He was also a Partner in a global sourcing advisory firm, ANSR Group, which is backed by Accel Partners and was part of the team that helped establish Global Captive centers for various Fortune 500 firms in India.
Prab has an MBA from Chicago Booth and an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications from India.
An execution-oriented, forthright, and highly versatile leader, Todd Jackson brings a wealth of experience in operational business management and supply chain operations. His leadership skills in strategic planning, change management, and systems integration have led to the successful establishment and management of supply chain initiatives.
Todd’s expertise and insight have been instrumental in positioning companies for scale and growth in the dynamic business landscape. His role as a Partner at FreightVerify Inc showcased his prowess in marketing, strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
Throughout his career, Todd has demonstrated exceptional leadership in various senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at US Foods and President of Alliant Logistics. He has consistently driven results, built effective teams, and focused on problem-solving to achieve impactful outcomes. With an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business, Todd has a proven track record of integrating, turning around, and effectively managing supply chain operations and logistics programs.
As Operating Partner, Sudeep is responsible for the vision, strategy and performance of Stride portfolio of companies. He also manages and leads digital transformations, growth turnarounds and drives scale for Stride’s portfolio companies. Sudeep’s experience has been in heading large digital/technology organizations in a corporate environment, as well as leading high-performing independent business units, industry verticals and global technology P&Ls for the world’s top technology companies.
Prior to Stride, Sudeep was the Chief Digital Officer at Raytheon Technologies/Pratt & Whitney, and before that, Global Head of the Digital Transformation business at Hewlett Packard.
Sudeep is a Graduate of the Executive Management Program from the Wharton School, and a Graduate of the Thayer Leadership Program at The United States Military Academy at West Point. He also possesses an Engineering degree in Computer Science from The RV College of Engineering, Bangalore and an MBA from the Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas.
Lana leads Stride portfolio company, FelixHealthcare.AI as President and Chief Operating Officer to drive scale and revenue growth. As an executive business leader for over 30 years, Lana has helped companies reach lofty objectives and has created value with repeatable, scalable, and sustainable approaches. Experience includes building, funding, and positioning commercially successful business operations, elevating the profile of organizations in highly competitive markets, and most importantly, creating thriving company cultures that amplify results and maximize revenue.
Before Stride, Lana was COO at defiSOLUTIONS, a fintech startup. Prior to defi, Lana was Head of Originations for Santander Consumer USA.
Lana holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University as well as Winning Strategies: Creating Business Value through Technology certificate from Kellogg School of Management.
Mark is a strategist with management and operational experience with 25+ years in financial services and private equity. His experience includes stints in investment banking and privately funded holding companies. Mark is a notable in capital formation, turnarounds, corporate restructuring, and strategic initiatives.
Mark’s investment and operational experience encompasses asset management, cpg, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, insurance, logistics, retail, and telecommunications. Currently, Mark also serves as a senior advisor to multiple assets managers, private equity, and VC funds. He is also an ardent supporter and advisor to the Jack Kemp Foundation and Empower America.
Mark is active in his community, helping numerous non-profits and urban youth development programs. He holds a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business
